We work with many other companies and corporations, such as Megger, CGI, Atos, Accenture, Wipro, etc. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (e.g., Lead global financial consolidation and ensure alignment with corporate goals Support the CFO in all accounting-related matters and strategic projects Develop and implement global accounting policies and procedures Oversee and enhance the structure and quality of existing accounting workflows, including preparatory processes Further develop internal financial accounting processes across all IPS-Group entities Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems Ensure timely and accurate internal and external audits Drive automation and digital transformation in accounting operations Inspire and lead a high-performing global accounting team Proven experience in financial accounting (including general and sub-ledger accounting) in an international environment Strong knowledge of financial regulations, cash flow management, and both local and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) Familiarity with liquidity management, payment transactions, and dunning processes Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with Lexware or similar accounting applications Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP or comparable ERP systems Demonstrated enthusiasm for building scalable structures and improving accounting frameworks Proven ability to lead through change and manage complexity in a fast-paced, global environment Fluency in English and German Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field A culture of trust, innovation, and collaboration across international teams Opportunities to shape global finance strategy and influence executive decisions Flexible working models, international project exposure, and tailored career development paths Your development - our commitment: we support your professional growth with personalized learning and advancement opportunities We encourage all qualified candidates to apply even if you dont meet every single requirement.
