Wir suchen Dich als Category Manager (m/w/d) NonFood & Projekte für den Standort Berlin.
Category- und Projektmanagement:
- Entscheidung über Listung von Non-Food-Produkten anhand von Marktanalysen und Kennzahlen sowie Mitwirkung bei Erstellung von Zentralfaktura zu Circle K Ordersätzen
- Abstimmung von Einkaufs- und Verkaufsaktionen sowie Verhandlung von Werbekostenzuschüssen (WKZ) für Aktionen und Platzierungen mit Industriepartnern und Lieferanten
- Mitwirkung und Koordination von Aktionsplanungen zwischen Industrie, Lieferanten und Werbeabteilung sowie Kommunikation der Aktionen an Tankstellenpartner und interne Teams
- Entwicklung von Projekten und Erstellung von Konzepten zu zukunftsorientierten Non-Food-Sortimenten und Eigenmarken
- Analyse von Sortimentskennzahlen, Entwicklung eigener Sortimentsstrategien, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von projektbezogenen Sortimentstests sowie Veranlassung von Sortimentsoptimierungen (SOOP)
- Analyse von Kennzahlen hinsichtlich Zielerreichung, Bereitstellung von Planzahlen für Budget- und Geschäftsplanung sowie Mitwirkung bei Budgeteinhaltung
- Durchführung von Rechnungsstellungen, Rückvergütungen sowie Bestandskontrollen und Nachbestellungen von Werbemitteln und Merchandising-Artikeln
Datenmanagement:
- Pflege und Sicherstellung von Artikel- und Stammdaten sowie Bildmaterial in Datenbanken
- Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Hinweisen und Reklamationen zu Artikelstammdaten der Tankstellenpartner
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Planogrammen
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) in Fachrichtung BWL sowie mind. 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Category Management
- Know-how: Branchenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, sehr gute MS-Office- und EDV-DatenbankKenntnisse
- Persönlichkeit: Hohes Engagement, selbstständiges Handeln, ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie souveränes Auftreten
- Begeisterung: Verhandlungsgeschick, Zahlenaffinität und Organisationstalent
