Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

  • You manage the sustainability team and initiative in line with the strategy and guideline for CSR and ESG business issued by the BNPP Group and PF.
  • You further develop Consors Finanz´s sustainability strategy ensuring alignment with Central stakeholders and the German Territory.
  • You ensure a high level of awareness and understanding of sustainability initiatives across all functions and business lines in CF.• You ensure compliance with relevant regulations and (reporting) standards.
  • You monitor the performance via dedicated KPIs and key to impact measurements.
  • You lead and motivate the team to achieve individual and department goals.
  • You expand the internal network and build a sustainability network within CF.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

  • Academical degree and several years of professional experience within the sustainability/ESG area
  • Strong commitment to sustainability business, social & community engagement as well as to diversity & inclusion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in working with stakeholder executives
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Project management experience focusing on managing multiple stakeholders
