Senior Data Warehouse Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Business Intelligence & Analytics department is a close-knit and vibrant community, consisting of 10 talented members dedicated to pushing the boundaries of data excellence. ETL Process Ownership
Lead requirement engineering, design, and implementation of robust ETL processes for seamless data integration within our data warehouse.
Utilize your expertise in MS-SQL Server, SSIS, C#, Azure DevOps, and Git to craft efficient and scalable solutions.
Data Warehouse Optimization
Take charge of optimizing and evolving our data warehouse, focusing on enhancing architecture and data organization for improved performance and scalability.
Data Modeling and Implementation
Own the responsibility for data origin analysis, developing logical data models, and translating them into physical designs.
Implement and enforce corresponding business rules to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Operational Excellence
Ensure the seamless operation of the data warehouse, monitoring performance and addressing any issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in data warehouse management.
Professional Experience:
Several years of proven professional experience in the field of data warehouse engineering
Database and SQL Expertise:
Sound knowledge of relational databases, with a preference for expertise in Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server
SQL is your "mother tongue" showcasing a deep understanding and proficiency in crafting complex queries and optimizing database performance
Software Development Skills
Proficient software development skills within the Microsoft stack, including but not limited to C#, .NET, and SSIS
Problem-Solving & Communication Skills:
High level of goal orientation, coupled with a willingness to perform and a strong ability for abstract and analytical problem-solving.
Language Proficiency:
Very good written and spoken English skills
