Die ccm cash & control management gmbh ist Teil der inter­national tätigen Triathlon Group, einem Unter­nehmen der Sunlight Group. Als zentrale Einheit übernimmt die ccm für sämtliche Gesellschaften der Triathlon Unter­nehmens­gruppe Aufgaben, wie Finanz­buchhaltung, Konsoli­dierung, Controlling, Treasury sowie Personal- und Verwaltungs­angelegen­heiten.

Process Engineer (m/w/d) Finance

 

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Prozessoptimierung: Sie analysieren bestehende Finanz­prozesse und setzen sich für die Einführung effektiver Geschäfts­prozesse im Accoun­ting, Controlling und Reporting ein.
  • Projektmanagement: Sie entwickeln Business Require­ments Documents für neue Prozess­implemen­tierungen und überwachen die Implemen­tierung.
  • Testing: Sie überwachen System­implemen­tierungen, testen die Neuimplementierungen im Sinne korrekter Umsetzung und Benutzer­freundlich­keit. Sie steuern und über­wachen UAT.
  • Nutzerverwaltung: Sie entwickeln Rollen­konzepte und leiten daraus Nutzer­berechtigungen für die Finanz­systeme ab. Sie steuern die Nutzer­verwaltung, um eine sichere Nutzung der Systeme zu gewähr­leisten.
  • Datenmodellierung: Sie gestalten und optimieren das Business Data Model für ein konsis­tentes Data­management.
  • Internes Kontrollsystem (IKS): Durch die Gestaltung eines IKS garan­tieren Sie die Einhaltung der Compliance- und Sicherheits­richtlinien bei Prozess­einführungen.
  • Freigabesystem: Als Ansprech­person betreuen und verbessern Sie das Freigabe­system für Eingangs­rechnungen.

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs­wirtschafts­lehre, idealerweise mit Finanz­schwer­punkt, in der Tasche.
  • Alternativ verfügen Sie über mehr­jährige Berufs­erfahrung in der Finanz­buch­haltung, vor allem mit dem HGB.
  • Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits mit SAP-Modulen im Finanzbereich arbeiten.
  • Durch Ihre Englisch­kenntnisse treiben Sie unsere Finanz­prozesse auch im inter­natio­nalen Kontext voran.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne konzeptionell, methodisch und ganzheit­lich an Prozess­optimierungen.
