Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet- das erwartet Sie:
Mit dem Ziel eines kontinuierlichen Wachstums entwickeln Sie engagiert und motiviert Strategien zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der FACTUR (in enger Abstimmung mit der Leitung)
Sie koordinieren und bearbeiten strategische Projekte zur Erschließung neuer Kundensegmente, neuer Technologien sowie neuer Geschäftsmodelle und treiben diese selbstständig voran
Sie identifizieren und erarbeiten Schnittstellenverbesserungspotentiale in der Unternehmensstruktur
Ihr Profil- das bringen Sie mit:
Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Bezug
Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem ähnlichen Aufgabengebiet - vorzugsweise mit Projektbezug - sammeln
Als organisatorisches Talent zeichnet Sie eine strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
Neben analytischen, konzeptionellen und methodischen Fähigkeiten bringen Sie den nötigen 360 -Blick mit
Ein sicheres Auftreten ist für Sie selbstverständlich und es fällt Ihnen leicht, mit anderen Menschen zu kommunizieren
Sie behalten auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf, haben die Fähigkeit Ziele zu erreichen und arbeiten gerne in einem Team
Sie haben Freude an der IT-technischen Umsetzung
