Daneben sind wir als Bauträger sowie in verschiedenen Bereichen der Stadtentwicklung und des Gebäudemanagements tätig.
Zur Verstärkung unseres Abteilung Technik suchen wir Sie als Projektleiter / Projektsteuerer (m/w/d) Technische Gebäudeausstattung (TGA)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • In der Rolle der Bauherrenvertretung leiten Sie umfassende Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen im Wohngebäudebestand und bei gewerblichen Objekten. li>
  • Dabei steht die Kontrolle und Riskoanalyse über alle Phasen von der Projektentwicklung über die Planung und Vorbereitung sowie der Bauausführung bis hin zur Abnahme und Übergabe an den Bereich der Bewirtschaftung im Fokus.
  • Auch die kaufmännische und technische Verhandlungsführung gehört zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsfeld, wozu u.a. die Durchführung von Ausschreibungsverfahren sowie der Abschluss von Planerverträgen inkl. li>
  • Zur Übergabe der Projekte in den Gebäudebetrieb nehmen Sie an VOB-Abnahmen teil und verantworten die Dokumentation des Gebäudes nach Projektabschluss.

Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder sind Techniker/Meister der Fachrichtung der technischen Gebäudeausstattung oder vergleichbar und weisen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich auf.
  • In der EDV beherrschen Sie die gängigen Office-Anwendungen sowie die bei uns eingesetzte Architektursoftware (ARCHICAD und ORCA).
  • Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist zwingend erforderlich.
