Door groei zoeken we uitbreiding binnen ons team en zijn we per direct op zoek naar een extra projectmanager om ons team te versterken. Als Projectmanager ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant voor (meer)jaarlijkse inspectieprogramma’s en uitdagende reparatieprojecten. Als Projectmanager lever je de klanten de kwaliteit, de planning en het hoge niveau van veiligheid waar ze met Deutsche Windtechnik op rekenen.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor onder anderen, het opstellen van planningen, het uitwerken van projectdetails, zorgdragen voor tijdige klant rapportages en het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en tijdige uitvoering van projecten. Je werkt daarin nauw samen met project engineers, site supervisors en externe partners om de projecten succesvol te laten zijn.
Your profile- Hbo werk- en denkniveau, met een relevante opleiding (bijvoorbeeld civiele techniek, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouw of vergelijkbaar);
- Je hebt 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
- Je beheerst competenties op het gebied van technisch projectmanagement
- Bij voorkeur kennis van inspectietechnieken, civiele constructies en elektrische installaties, liefst in de offshore sector;
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, werkt gestructureerd en bent proactief;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlands en Engels taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
- Je bent je bewust van het belang van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu in al je werk en draagt dat ook actief uit.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in- en of affiniteit met de windindustrie;
- Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B;
Als projectmanager ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het uitwerken van projectdetails en het ontwikkelen van technische oplossingen;
- Het opstellen van de projectplanning en afstemming met alle betrokkenen over de conceptplannen en voorbereiding hiervan;
- Het voorbereiden van project werkzaamheden als o.a. het voorbereiden van contractorselectie, benodigd materiaal, materieel en personeel en het aanvragen van werkvergunningen;
- Monitoren en borgen van de (financiële) voortgang en kwaliteit van projecten;
- Het opstellen van (tussentijdse en eind) rapportages voor de opdrachtgevers;
- Het onderhoud van contact met de opdrachtgevers waaronder voortgangs- en evaluatiegesprekken.
- Het organiseren van kick-off meetings bij aanvang van projecten en het borgen van een veilige werkomgeving voor uitvoerende;
- De coördinatie van eventueel te nemen acties bij calamiteiten en verstoringen.
- Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
