Wer wir sind? Im Bereich des Gebäudemanagements stehen wir unseren Mitarbeitenden umfassend zur Seite und unterstützen sie in sämtlichen Belangen rund um Gebäude und Technik. p> Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben im laufenden Betrieb des technischen Gebäudemanagements und der Instandhaltung und unter­stützen im Projektmanagement bei kleineren bis mittleren Umbauten. p>

  • Dabei übernehmen Sie die Projektkoordination von der Bedarfs­abstimmung bis hin zur Fertigstellung für unsere internen Kunden
  • Sie planen und koordinieren eigenständig Einzelmaßnahmen, deren Umsetzung auch im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb erfolgt
  • Sie erarbeiten Lösungen zur wirtschaftlichen Optimierung und technischen Verbesserung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Bei Wartung, Instandsetzung und wiederkehrenden Prüfungen, ggf. externen Audits, sind Sie kompetente Ansprechperson
  • Zudem zählt die Steuerung, Ausführungsüberwachung und Dokumen­tation externer Dienst­leistungen zu Ihrem Aufgaben­gebiet

Ihr Profil
  • Sie besitzen eine Ausbildung im gebäudetechnischen Bereich als Ingenieur, Techniker oder Meister
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung im Bereich des Projektmanagements, idealerweise im technischen Gebäudemanagement mit und verfügen über Kenntnisse der HOAI
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge im Gebäude- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb zeichnet Sie aus
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Selbstständigkeit, Struktur und Eigen­verantwortung
  • Zudem treten Sie verhandlungssicher auf und zeigen eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Außerdem verfügen Sie über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und beherrschen Computer-Aided-Design (AutoCAD)
