We are looking for YOU – a PMO (all genders) – to lead and optimize our project management processes. Join us to drive efficiency, ensure successful project execution, and make a significant impact across our organization.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and performance metrics to clients, stakeholders and senior management
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members and stakeholders

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • First experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing or creative environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous
  • Proficient in both spoken and written German and English
