Develop and Maintain Configurator Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain configurator solutions using Logik.io and Salesforce to meet global business requirements and enhance user experience across different regions
Collaborate with Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural Teams: Work closely with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders from various countries to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless integration of configurator solutions
Ensure System Performance and Reliability Globally: Monitor and optimize the performance of configurator solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability across different time zones and regions
Provide Technical Support and Training Internationally: Offer technical support and training to end-users and internal teams in multiple countries, ensuring they are proficient in using the configurator tools and solutions
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years specifically working with Logik.io or similar configurator platforms.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, and experience with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
