The Client A global technology PR, communications and marketing consultancy. Top technology brands partner with them for expert consultancy to scale and support their businesses. Found at the intersection of technology and humanity, their 400+ people in 11 countries weave global experience and local expertise to define, measure and repeat success across reputation, relationship, and revenue campaigns. In a nutshell, they are a group of creative people with a shared passion for technology and communications.

The German team is 45 talents strong, spread across Munich and Frankfurt and has been working for clients such as LinkedIn, FM Global, Endava or OpenText.

What are we looking for? We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director with 6 to 8 years of experience in communications with a strong interest in the B2B Tech industry. You will be trusted to manage a team of junior members of staff and ensure the implementation of the communications programs runs smoothly. Reporting into an Account Director or a Director depending on your profile, you will be expected to be the best support and leader for your team, while helping your clients reach their objectives Daily, you will put forward your consulting skills and advise on:

· the smartest strategy to implement · the strongest messages to share · the emerging trends to investigate · the best audiences to target · the most relevant channels to convey the key messages · the most efficient way to create, maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders

Your ability to develop integrated communications strategy, your impeccable consulting skills, your strong knowledge of the Tech B2B ecosystem, media and influencer landscape, as well as your existing and ever developing network, will be your strongest assets to be one of your clients’ most trusted advisor.

The core tasks you would be trusted with include:

· Strategic planning of integrated comms and PR programmes for existing clients · Development of new business proposals including a strong strategic red thread based on research and data analysis · Team management, activity planning and follow-up · Client relationship management · Content creation, localization, proofreading and distribution · Media and/or influencer relation · Press and trends monitoring · Budget tracking

You are very comfortable interacting in English at professional level (both written and spoken) and you have also the highest mastery of the German language (both written and spoken) You have already managed a team You are curious by nature, ask a lot of questions and like to stay connected to the news You have an eye for detail and people describe you as organized You are proactive and ambitious You understand that treating people with respect at all times is a priority
