We've already welcomed four outstanding professionals to our growing team in Germany — now we're looking for two more exceptional High Voltage Field Test Technicians to join us.This opportunity is open to candidates with 1 year or more of transferable experience in electrical engineering, testing, commissioning, or related technical fields who are eager to develop their careers in the rapidly growing high-voltage (HV) sector.As a High Voltage Field Test Technician, you'll be at the forefront of commissioning and maintaining high voltage AC and DC cable systems across Germany. This hands-on role combines field testing, diagnostics, and remote collaboration — ideal for those who thrive on variety and technical challenge.ResponsibilitiesPerform commissioning and maintenance testing on HV and EHV AC/DC cable systems to international standardsExecute field testing and diagnostics of HV cable systemsDevelop and implement new techniques for HV testing and diagnosticsAnalyze Partial Discharge Data for offline and online testingCompile detailed technical reports with actionable recommendationsQualificationsElectrical Engineering Apprenticeship or Degree (or equivalent)Solid understanding of electrical systems and principlesFluent German language skillsEU Passport holderValid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally within EuropeInterest in developing expertise in high-voltage systems and infrastructureLocation: Germany (with remote work flexibility)
