Aufgaben
Faszinierendes schaffen: Ihre Aufgaben

  • Initiierung des PLD/FPGA Development Teams (derzeit 13 MitarbeiterInnen) in der Elektronik-Software-Entwicklung von Liebherr Aerospace

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der zugeordneten MitarbeiterInnen

  • Mitarbeiterentwicklung - beginnend bei der Einstellung und darauffolgenden Förderung der MitarbeiterInnen

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, qualitativ einwandfreien PLD/FPGA Entwicklungsbetriebs in internationalen agilen Teams der Sparte Aerospace

  • Organisation, Festlegung und Weiterentwicklung der PLD/FPGA Entwicklungs-Prozesse, Abläufe und Ressourcen innerhalb der Fachdisziplin

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den PLD/FPGA Testteam zur Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer effizienten gesamtheitlichen Zertifikationsstrategie

  • Weiterentwicklung der PLD/FPGA Tool-Landschaft

  • Mitwirken bei Kundenreviews und Behörden-Audits

  • Management und Überwachung von Zulieferern

  • Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Ausrichtung des Produktbereichs und Planung von Forschungs- und Technologieprogrammen


Profil
Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Technische Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnliche Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich PLD/FPGA Entwicklung mit modernen Entwicklungs-, Test- und Simulations-Techniken

  • Erste Erfahrungen in fachlicher oder disziplinarischer Führung wünschenswert

  • Hohe Leidenschaft für Qualität und für das Entwickeln von Luftfahrtprodukten oder anderen PLD/FPGA Produkten aus regulierten Branchen (z.B. Automotive, Medical)

  • Motivation, neue Prozesse in einem agilen Umfeld zu entwickeln

  • Sozial- und Führungskompetenz gepaart mit einem hohen Grad an Flexibilität

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
