Aufgaben
  • Berichtsweg direkt an Vice President Supply Chain
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung/Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse in der Supply Chain (mit Fokus Westeuropa)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Planung, Logistik und Customer Service zur Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an den konzernweiten ERP-Projekten/ERP-Einführungen
  • Umsetzung neuer Systeme, Tools und Prozesse zur Erhöhung des Automatisierungsgrads der Supply Chain Organisation
  • Implementierung von Best Practices, Arbeitsweisen und Konzernstandards in der Supply Chain
  • Sicherstellung der effizienten System- und Datennutzung in der Supply Chain
  • Change Management bei Prozess- und Organisationsänderungen in der Supply Chain

Profil
  • Relevantes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • ca. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management (Industrieunternehmen oder Unternehmensberatung)
  • Sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse (SAP o.ä.), fundierte Kenntnisse in den Kernfunktionen der Supply Chain, ausgezeichnetes Prozessverständnis
  • Projektmanagementerfahrungen, versiert im Umgang mit IT-Systemen und Tools in der Supply Chain
  • Eigenverantwortlicher, strukturierter Arbeitsstil, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Prozessorientierung
  • Change Agent mit Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Empathie
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
