Technical Assistant Quality Control Microbiology (f/m/d)
Aufgaben
- Organisation wie auch Verwaltung des täglichen Betriebs im Labor, einschließlich der Aufrechterhaltung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung
- Selbstständige, termingerechte Vorbereitung und Versand von Proben intern sowie an externe Labore unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
- Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung des Probenversands, einschließlich der Sicherstellung, dass alle Proben korrekt gekennzeichnet sowie dokumentiert sind
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Laborteam, um die Einhaltung von Terminen und Protokollen zu gewährleisten
- Verwaltung von Laborbeständen und Sicherstellung des Materialflusses im Labor, einschließlich der Bestellung sowie Lagerung von Verbrauchsmaterialien
- GMP-gerechte Dokumentation und Auswertung der Analyseergebnisse
- Qualifizierung, Kalibrierung und Wartung von Analysegeräten sowie Prüfmitteln
- Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der cGMP-konformen und zeitgerechten Qualitätskontrolle
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumente (SOPs, Prüfanweisungen, Prüfprotokolle etc.)
- Aufrechterhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit
- Unterstützung und Vertretung des Laborteams bei der praktischen Durchführung von mikrobiologischen Prüfungen im Labor (Steriltests, Bioburden, Umgebungsmonitoring, Stammhaltung und Verifizierungen)
Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technischer Assistent (f/m/d), BTA (f/m/d), MTA (f/m/d), CTA (f/m/d) oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung im mikrobiologischen Labor ist von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Handhabung und Versendung biologischer Proben sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- GMP-Erfahrung
- Reinraumerfahrung
- Selbstständige, systematische und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office), SAP und LIMS sind wünschenswert
