About the role:

To strengthen our team at our location in Garching, Gunnebo Deutschland GmbHis looking for a Service Coordinator to join the Entrance Control business unit as soon as possible.

Your main tasks:

• Order processing for the areas of maintenance, repair and spare parts
• Coordination of service technicians in the context of maintenance and service assignments
• Organising the supply of spare parts and consumables, including warehousing
• Customer support in the service region for maintenance, repairs and spare parts
• Checking incoming invoices and preparing outgoing invoices
• Communication with internal interfaces as well as external suppliers and customers
• Support with key date inventories.
• Participation in the optimisation of the entire service processes

Your profile:

• Minimum B2 German
• Completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in a comparable position an advantage
• Technical understanding, experience in internal sales desirable
• Knowledge of modern IT and communication technologies
• Enjoy contact with internal and external customers
• Ability to work in a team, as well as a communicative and self-organised personality
