Aufgaben
  • Als Lead übernimmst Du Verantwortung für die Kundendaten unseres Business Bankings und deren dazugehörenden Prozesse, Strategien und IT-Anforderungen.
  • Die Entwicklung Deines Teams steht ebenfalls ganz oben auf Deiner To-Do-Liste: Du erkennst die Talente, schaffst eine motivierende Atmosphäre, förderst Weiterentwicklung und eine lebendige Teamkultur auf Augenhöhe.
  • Fachlich umfassen Deine Aufgaben die Überwachung und Genehmigung von Änderungen am Kundendatenmodell sowie die Steuerung des agilen Squads "Customer Data & Onboarding" und die Betreuung der Customer Journey Experts.
  • Klar, dass Du Dich dabei intensiv mit dem Thema sicheres Erfassen, Organisieren und Verteilen von Daten (Stichworte KYC, DSGVO, Reporting und Monitoring) und unseren internen Plattformen und Lösungen für das Datenmanagement befasst.
  • Weil Du weißt, wie wichtig bei all dem Compliance und Regulatorik sind, behältst Du hier jederzeit den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass Standards und Dokumentationspflichten konsequent eingehalten werden.
  • ING-intern bestens vernetzt, bist Du Ansprechperson für alle Einheiten, die Zugang zu Kundendaten benötigen.
  • Kurz: Dein Engagement trägt maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Produktbereichs und zu den Zielen der ING-Gruppe bei.

Profil
  • Marketing- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, Know-how im Banken- und FinTech-Markt sowie im Umgang mit Customer Data
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und als Führungskraft
  • Umfangreiche Methodenkompetenz in der Strategieentwicklung, Entscheidungswille und organisatorisches Feingefühl
  • Analytische und ganzheitliche Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denken
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
