Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Data Privacy & Compliance Manager (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit. In dieser Rolle bist du als zentrale Schnittstelle verantwortlich für operative Datenschutz- und Compliance-Themen und unterstützt somit unsere weiteren Teams.

Wie du uns helfen kannst
  • Du bist interner Datenschutz-Berater, vor allem für die zentralen Fachbereiche wie HR und Finance, aber auch für Partner, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Du übernimmst die Rolle als Datenschutzkoordinator und verantwortest Auditierungen, Prozessüberwachung und die Bearbeitung von Auftragsverarbeitungsformularen
  • Zu denen weiteren Aufgaben gehören außerdem noch die Durchsicht der Datenschutzvereinbarungen
  • Du agierst als zentrale Meldestelle für Datenschutzvorfälle und verwaltest das Datenschutzpostfach
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Kolleg:innen den Datenschutz einhalten und bist Sparringspartner der Teams sowie Ansprechpartner in allen Datenschutz-Themen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Compliance Officer (Bsp. internes Kontrollsystem) und der Datenschutz-Strategie zusammen und übernimmst fortlaufend mehr Verantwortung

Profil
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position und hast im besten Fall schon an Auditierungen mitgewirkt
  • Du hast einen kaufmännischen, juristischen oder technischen Hintergrund - mit entsprechendem Studienabschluss, Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Vorteilhaft sind Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung oder mit Prozessreifemodellen
  • Du hast einen hohen qualitativen Anspruch an deine eigene Arbeit
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, zudem kommunikationsstark und teamfähig und verfügst über eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch drückst du dich eloquent aus
