Job Responsibilities

  • Support the field service and asset management software CCUBE
  • Collaborate with the international project team and other departments in a global matrix organization
  • Act as a contact person and provide 1st & 2nd level support for the REMA TIP TOP network
  • Collect and process feedback and requirements for the optimization and further development of CCUBE software
  • Create bug reports and develop independent solutions
  • Configure and customize the system according to user specifications
  • Analyze and implement system interfaces
  • Conduct user trainings and workshops, including on-site introductions at customer locations
  • Coordinate conception and implementation with external IT service providers

Requirements

  • Successfully graduated studies or degree in computer science or equivalent education in computer science including formal training programs
  • Experience with configurable standard software environments, ideally IFS Field Service management software
  • Experience in introducing and supporting software projects
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, T-SQL, and databases
  • Experience in GUI and UX Design
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, high ability to work in a team
  • Fluent English skills (minimum C1-Level) and good German skills (minimum B1-Level)
  • Will to travel (international; approx. 60 days/year)
  • Class B driving license mandatory

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for software implementation and project coordination. As a Field Service Management Software Administrator, you will work closely with the international project team and other departments to ensure the successful implementation and support of CCUBE software.
