Product Manager geführte pneumatische Antriebe (m/w/d)


Aufgaben
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines Produktportfolios im Bereich pneumatischer Antriebe über den kompletten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von aktuellen und zukünftigen Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Ermittlung konkreter Produktanforderungen und Definition sowie Weiterentwicklung von Produkten für ein strategisch leistungsfähiges Produktportfolio innerhalb der Business Unit Motion
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Auslegungstools und Unterstützung der Projekte zur Digital Customer Journey
  • Proaktive Vermarktung des zugeordneten Produktportfolios in den Vertriebsclustern und Koordination von produktnahen Vertriebsinitiativen entlang aller Vertriebskanäle von Festo (Direktvertrieb, Distribution, Online)
  • Entwicklung von Trainingskonzepten zur Multiplikation und Sicherstellung des Knowhow-Transfers bzgl. der zugeordneten Produkte in die Sales Cluster / Sales Teams
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kundenbesuchen sowie Unterstützung der Manager in den Sales-Clustern bei der Koordination der vertrieblichen Aktivitäten rund um das zugeordnete Produktportfolio
  • Unterstützung bei Eskalationen z. B. bei strategischen Kundenprojekten oder Pricing Themen

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer technisch-naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung oder im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen beziehungsweise vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und/oder im Bereich Business Development
  • Applikationswissen in der Industrieautomation, idealerweise im Bereich der pneumatischen Steuerkette
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Begeisterungs- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit analytischer, strategischer und unternehmerischer Denkweise
  • Interkulturelle Erfahrung und Reisebereitschaft
