Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung Finance suchen wir ab sofort in München eine:n

Sachbearbeiter:in Zoll - Customs & Global Trade Specialist (w/m/d)


Aufgaben
  • Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Zollanmeldungen im Bereich Einfuhr/Ausfuhr sowie von Warenverkehrsbescheinigungen
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller zoll- und ausfuhrrechtlichen Bestimmungen, inklusive deutschem Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht sowie US Export Regulations
  • Import-/Exportabwicklung, einschließlich enger Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Kund:innen, Lieferanten und Behörden
  • Exportkontrolle, wie Sanktionslistenprüfung, Embargosituationen, Genehmigungsverfahren und Materialklassifizierung
  • Anforderung, Pflege und Meldung von Außenhandelsdaten (Tarifierung und Klassifizierung)
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, in die Sie Ihre fachliche Expertise einfließen lassen können


Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen oder einem Speditions- oder Logistikdienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Export- und Zollabwicklung
  • IT-Affinität sowie fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in SAP GTS und MS-Office
  • Präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierung sowie sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Niederländisch ist von Vorteil
