You'll work cross-functionally with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure cost-effective, sustainable, and reliable sourcing strategies that support the company's growth and innovation goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sourcing plans for chemical raw materials.Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance evaluations.Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities in the chemical supply landscape.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.Drive cost savings, value creation, and sustainability initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in procurement processes.Support continuous improvement and digitisation of procurement processes.RequirementsProven experience in strategic procurement within the chemical or manufacturing industry.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Knowledge of chemical markets, supply chains, and regulatory environments.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.What's on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.Career development and training opportunities.Hybrid working model and flexible hours.A collaborative culture with a focus on sustainability and quality.
