Quality Control Technician / Techniker Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)
Versuchsbetreuung und -auswertung für innovative Automatisierungslösungen
Vollzeit
Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung, Aufbau, Betreuung und Auswertungen von Versuchen
- Erstellung der Versuchsdokumentation in Deutsch und Englisch zur internen und externen Verwendung
- Ermittlung und professionelle Erfassung von Produktdaten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion
- Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von technischen Kundenreklamationen gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen: Fehleranalyse, Definition und Realisierung von Korrektur- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei Umbau- und Austauschaktionen (auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen)
- Prüfungen von Wareneingang und -ausgang
- Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metallverarbeitung, vorzugsweise Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
- Weiterbildung als Techniker Maschinenbau (m/w/d) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen mit den Schwerpunkten Messtechnik, Versuchsbetreuung sowie Versuchsauswertung
- Erfahrung mit CAD und CAM wünschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (Anteil ca. 5 %) sowie Einsätzen an Sonn- und Feiertagen (ca. 3-4 Einsätze pro Jahr)
