FREUE DICH AUF:

Funktionale Verantwortung für das Leistungssystem
eigenständige Analyse & Ableitung von Optimierungsansätzen für die Geschäftsprozesse
Bewertung von fachlichen Anforderungen zur Weiterentwicklung des Systems
Überwachung der Einhaltung von externen und internen Anforderungen (Kunde, Service Regulatorik)
Pflege und Priorisierung des Produktbacklogs
Überwachung von Budget, KPI und SLA
Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern in den Fachbereichen und der IT
Verantwortung für die Dienstleistersteuerung (Vertragsmanagement, SLA Einhaltung, Beauftragung Releases)
Steuerung der fachlichen Tests und Abnahme der Releases


DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

Studium im Bereich Informatik/ Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften etc.
Erfahrung in der Krankenversicherung und Kenntnisse im Prozess der Leistungsregulierung
Kenntnisse agiler Methoden
Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken und hohe Auffassungsgabe
Hohe Eigenverantwortung
Abstraktions-, Durchsetzungs- und Entscheidungsvermögen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
Lust auf Veränderung und Gestaltung
