Als Product Owner bei der NOVIGADO GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen, digitalen Lösungen für unsere Kunden in unterschiedlichen Branchen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und bist für die Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung der Produktentwicklung zuständig. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Erstellung von Produkt-Roadmaps
  • Entwicklung der Produkt-Vision
  • Definition von Anforderungen und User Stories
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
  • Koordination des Entwicklungsprozesses und Sicherstellung der Qualität aus Kunden- und Stakeholdersicht
  • Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Unsere Anforderungen

Als idealer Kandidat für diese Position verfügst du über: 

  • Einen akademischen Abschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT, idealerweise als Product Owner
  • Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld (> 10.000 Mitarbeiter)
  • Branchenkompetenz: z.B. Automotive, Energie, Handel oder weitere
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden, wie z.B. Scrum, SAFe oder Kanban
  • Innovatives Mindset
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Softwareprodukten
  • Managementkompetenz
  • Starke Projektmanagement Skills und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke (Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher) und Teamfähigkeit
