Du arbeitest daran Kund:innen zu begeistern, beraten sowie zu binden und agierst als Ansprechpartner:in für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen.
Du verantwortest außerdem die Wissensweitergabe an Deine Kolleg:innen, indem Du Dich vorher in unsere Produktwelt vertiefst.
Du findest die immer richtigen Lösungen und setzt so die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen um.
Du vertrittst den Store Manager:in.
Was Dich auszeichnet:
Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebs- und Dienstleistungsumfeld.
Gute IT- und Datenkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägtes technisches Know-how.
Unstillbare Neugier auf neue Produkte und Technologien.
Erfahrung und Talent zur Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse nach GER.
