DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
- Als MSL arbeitest du als medizinisch - wissenschaftlicher Ansprechpartner zusammen mit Meinungsbildnern, sowohl proaktiv als auch
reaktiv - Du sorgst für die Weitergabe, Klärung und Erläuterung von wissenschaftlichen Daten, Studienprotokollen, Sitzungszusammenfassungen
und Fachliteratur, sowohl durch proaktive Diskussionen im Rahmen der zugelassenen Anwendungsgebiete als auch durch reaktive
Diskussionen, um unaufgeforderte Fragen zu nicht zugelassenen Anwendungsgebieten gemäß den lokalen Vorschriften zu beantworten - Du bist verantwortlich für Thought Leader-Identifizierung/Profilierung/Segmentierung sowie Strategie- und Engagementplanung: Im
Einklang mit dem Medical Affairs-Plan des jeweiligen Produkts trägt ein MSL zum internen Verständnis spezifischer Thought
Leader-Interessen und Fachkenntnisse innerhalb der gesamten medizinischen Abteilung bei - Du nimmst an Kongressen und Tagungen teil: Als MSL nutzt Du Kongresse und Tagungen, um Dich mit TLs zu vernetzen, neue Kontakte
zu knüpfen und Wettbewerbsinformationen zu sammeln - Du planst und organisierst wissenschaftliche Fortbildungsveranstaltungen sowie Advisory Boards mit TLs (Thought Leadern) innerhalb der
spezifischen Therapiebereiche oder Produkte - Du erstellst zeitnahe Berichte und verfolgst Aktivitäten im Hinblick auf vereinbarte Ziele
- Du dienst als Anlaufstelle für Prüfärzte und erleichterst die Kommunikation zwischen ihnen und dem entsprechenden Personal von Bayer.
Du unterstützt bei der Sammlung von IIRs (Investigator Initiated Research) und erleichterst die Einrichtung von IIRs - Du tritts in Kontakt mit medizinischen Fachgesellschaften und beantwortest medizinische/wissenschaftliche Anfragen in Bezug auf die
jeweiligen Bayer-Produkte - Du unterstützt intern als wissenschaftlicher Ansprechpartner, z.B. zur Beantwortung wissenschaftlicher/medizinischer Anfragen durch
Vertriebsmitarbeiter, weiterhin unterstützt Du Schulungsaktivitäten (zusammen mit Medical Advisor) - Du unterstützt lokal die Studienabteilung bei Anfragen und Durchführung (je nach Bedarf) von Studien

- Du hast Spaß am Aufbau und der Vernetzung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie daran, eigenständig zu arbeiten und dir
selbständig Kenntnisse anzueignen - Probleme kannst du eigenständig lösen und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl
