Die Rolle - deine Leidenschaft

Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Verbesserung der Finanzanalyse, der Geschäftsplanung und -prognose sowie der Investor Relations, während wir unsere globale Präsenz und unseren Einfluss in Europa und Nordamerika ausbauen.

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Manager FP&A und Director Finance bei Aufgaben wie Board Meetings, Ad-hoc Analysen, strategischen Fragestellungen usw.

Du treibst die strategische Entscheidungsfindung voran, indem du die finanzielle Perspektive darstellst und mit den verschiedenen funktionalen Führungskräften im Unternehmen zusammenarbeitest

Du leitest und führst unternehmensweite Initiativen zur Optimierung unserer Planungs-, Steuerungs- und Prognosearbeiten durch

Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung in der Finanzberatung (Investment Banking, Corporate Finance Advisory, Transaction Services) oder in internen Finanz-/Strategiefunktionen, idealerweise in Unternehmen der Konsumgüterindustrie.

Du bringst ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Financial Statements und gute Modellierungskenntnisse mit.

Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einem guten kommerziellen Verständnis.

Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.

Du bist motiviert, mit dem Unternehmen zu wachsen und teilst unsere Vision, die größte Love-Brand im Bereich Outdoor Travel zu werden.
