Position Overview

 

You are driving the development and success of a digital platform, from inception to launch while focusing on the strategic, operational, and tactical aspects of managing and evolving the features of the platform.

This role requires a blend of strategic planning, customer insights, technical know-how, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that the digital platform effectively meets the needs of customers and aligns with the company commercial strategy

 

 

Your Mission
  • You will define and articulate a clear product vision that not only captures the essence of the digital platform but also harmonizes with the broader obvjectives of the companys digital business strategy
  • You will develop a strategic roadmap based on market dynamics, technological advancements, and customer feedback that outlines the planned features, enhancements, and timelines
  • You will use insights from the markets analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation in collaboration with Global Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, and other stakeholders
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI Designers, Software Developers, Business Model Designers and many other teams 
  • You will maintain open communication with all relevant stakeholders (internal/external) to keep them informed about product progress and changes, to manage expectations and to gather feedback to refine the product strategy and roadmap 
  • You will act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding 
  • You will ensure the platform complies with relevant regulations and standards, such as data protection and privacy laws while staying updated on regulary changes that may impact the platform
  • You will define and track KPI´s to measure the platforms´s success and impact 

 

Your Talents 
  • Bachelor or Master 
  • Experience/ Knowledge in product management, ideally with respect to digital platforms and solutions
  • Experience using agile methods in marketing sales or IT projects (business model innovation, lean startup, SCRUM etc.)
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership skills and planning abilities 
  • Self driven person, taking ownership 
  • Team player with string interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent writen and verbal communication skills in English
