AufgabenDas erwartet dich bei uns
Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich unsere Policies & Procedures - Datenbank und kümmerst dich um die Organisation unserer Compliance Trainings
- Außerdem unterstützt du bei der Aufsetzung unserer Internal Control Self Assessments und der Implementierung neuer IIA-Standards
- Du entwirfst spezifische Arbeitsprogramme und standardisierte Arbeitspapiere und erstellst Präsentationen
- Auch das Stakeholdermanagement aller Abteilungen zur Beschaffung relevanter Daten gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
Was du mitbringst
Du studierst BWL (gerne mit Schwerpunkt Audit) oder Jura mindestens im 3. Semester; erste Praktikaerfahrungen sind ein Plus
- Du hast Interesse an Prozessstandardisierungen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Die Anwendung gängiger Bürosoftware (wie z.B. MS Office) ist für dich Routine; Datenbankkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest gern eigenverantwortlich, bist belastbar und flexibel und bereit ständig hinzuzulernen
- Analytisches Denken, eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und Zielstrebigkeit sind ein Plus
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch (mindestens auf C1-Niveau)
