Als eine in 2019 gegründete Unternehmensberatung gestalten und leiten wir zum einen IT-Transformationsprojekte von der Prozessgestaltung und Stakeholder-Kommunikation bis hin zur Lösungsauswahl und Implementierung. Zum anderen sind wir Experten für die damit zusammenhängenden Cybersecurity-Themen. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Carve-Out-Projekten und Post-Merger-Integrationen im Mittelstand. Auch die Konzeption und Einführung von Cloud-basierter oder hybrider IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von Microsoft 365 /Azure gehören dazu.

Kurz und knapp: Unsere Projekte machen Unternehmen in der Digitalisierung nachhaltig sicherer.

Aufgaben

​End-to-End Beratung:

Im Projektmanagement von secida erarbeitest und implementierst Du branchenübergreifend Projekte zu IT-Security Themen, hybriden Infrastrukturen und Cloud-Technologien. Dazu gehört:

  • Transformation von IT-Services der Kund:innen in die Cloud
  • Etablierung einer Zielarchitektur im Rahmen eines Carve-Outs

Dein Verantwortungsbereich geht von der Implementierung von IT-Systemen bis zu der Übergabe in den Betrieb, um Kund:innen bei Digitalisierungsthemen zu unterstützen.

Konzeption und Implementierung:

Du übernimmst sowohl strategische Themen bei der Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Nachfassung spezifischer Anforderungen als auch die Umsetzung digitaler Transformationsprojekte.

Dazu gehören die Bereiche:

  • Cloud Transformation & Digital Workplace
  • Client-Roll-Out
  • Schnittstellen zu Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Service Management und Information Security

Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen u.a.:

  • Projektmanagement (Jour-Fix, Waterfall/SCRUM-Methodiken, Dienstleistungsverhandlungen)
  • Darstellung der Kommunikationsschnittstelle aller Gewerke (z.B. Vermittlung zwischen Netzwerkexperten, Servicetechniker, Management und IT-Architekt)
  • Repräsentation der Stakeholder-Interessensvertretung
  • Analyse der IT-Landschaft hinsichtlich der spezifischen Anforderungen der Kund:innen (Asset-Analyse & Kronjuwelen-Analyse)
  • Konzeption einer Zielorganisation (z.B. Berechtigungskonzepte & Active Directory Konzepte) und der Architektur
  • Betreuung unternehmensweiter Roll-outs
Qualifikation

Du bringst Erfahrungen im Bereich der (kritischen) IT-Infrastruktur oder IT-Beratung mit sowie:

Erfahrung und technisches Knowhow:

Projektmanagement, Einführung, Implementierung oder Optimierung von Microsoft Technologien sowie Office 365, Intune Management (MDM & MAM), Azure, Advanced Threat Protection, Exchange Online, Windows Virtual Desktop, Federation Services und hybriden Rechenzentren.

Nice to have - Interesse an folgenden Bereichen:

Erfahrung in der Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzungssteuerung von Access Management Lösungen im B2B Umfeld (Single Sign On, Federation, Nutzung SAML, OAuth und OpenID Connect). Interesse an der Anwendung/Lösung von z.B. One Identity, Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint oder Auth0.

Ausbildung:

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurswissenschaften). Gerne auch Zertifizierungen wie z.B. MCSE, MCSA, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA.

Sprache:

Du kannst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch nachweisen (min. B2) und beherrschst fließendes Englisch.
