Talent Acquisition neu definiert: Werde als Werkstudent:in Teil unseres People-Experience-Teams (PX). Hier unterstützt du uns im Recruiting, Sourcing und anderen HR-Bereichen. Du sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen und trägst aktiv zur lebendigen Startup-Kultur bei. Sei der Game-Changer und werde Teil unserer HR-Revolution

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Gewinnung neuer Talente für Paymenttools: Von Ausschreibungen und ersten Interviews bis zur Vertragsunterschrift bist Du an der Seite unsere Kandidat:innen durch den gesamten Hiring Prozess
  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst Expert:innen für verschiedene Rollen, z.B. Software Engineers, Key Account und Customer Success Manager, etc.
  • Du organisierst Interviews vor Ort mit dem Fachbereich und dem Management und bereitest diese vor
  • Du lernst die Kunst des Active Sourcing und Methoden im Employer Branding, um geeignete Kandidat:innen für Paymenttools anzusprechen
  • Du begleitest und berätst die Fachabteilungen bei der Planung der Personalbedarfe
  • Proaktive Kooperation mit dem People Experience Team um Initiativen erfolgreich voran zu treiben
Deine Erfahrungen
  • Du bist derzeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben, idealerweise im Bereich Personal, Betriebswirtschaft oder Vergleichbarem
  • Im Optimalfall hast Du bereits Einblicke ins Talent Acquisition sammeln können
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst stets deine Aufgaben und Fristen im Blick
  • Du hast eine Awareness für sensible Inhalte und Daten und weist mit Diskretion umzugehen
  • Du lernst gerne Neues und hast Lust in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld mit anzupacken
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst diese ebenso schriftlich sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch umsetzen

Nice to have: Erste Erfahrungen mit Google Workspace, HRIS oder Applicant Tracking Systemen (ATS)
