Business Development/Sales Intern oder Working Student

Zur Unterstützung unseres B2B Early Stage Venture im Bereich der Fördermittelberatung suchen wir dich als Intern oder Working Student im Business Development/Sales (m/w/d). Unser Ziel ist es, unseren Kunden den Zugang zu Fördermitteln so einfach und effizient wie möglich zu gestalten. In unserem jungen und dynamischen Team arbeitest du direkt mit den beiden Gründern zusammen. Du sammelst Einblicke in ein Early-Stage Start-Up, übernimmst vom ersten Tag an viel Verantwortung und trägst durch deine vielseitigen Aufgaben entscheidend zum Erfolg unseres neuen Ventures bei.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist Teil des New Business Teams eines Start-Ups und arbeitest eng mit den Gründern zusammen
  • Du recherchierst Ansprechpartner*innen und Zielkund*innen. Anschließend entwickelst und testest Du unterschiedliche Strategien für die erfolgreiche Ansprache über Business Netzwerke, Kampagnen und Mailings
  • Du generierst den Erstkontakt eigenständig, koordinierst Gesprächstermine und steuerst den Funnel
  • Du gehst ins „deep diving“ was den Markt angeht und generierst so wertvolle Informationen, die das Wachstum entscheidend vorantreiben
  • Du unterstützt bei Operations und Business Development Themen, von der Erarbeitung von Unterlagen für potentielle Kunden bis zur Optimierung der internen Prozesse und Weiterentwicklung unserer Website
Qualifikation
  • Du studierst aktuell im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business Management o.ä.
  • Du hast eine eigenständige, systematische Arbeitsweise und verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Du bist zahlenaffin und arbeitest äußerst strukturiert und sorgfältig
  • Du hast sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
  • Du gehst offen auf Mitmenschen zu, kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und auch Dein Schriftverkehr ist fehlerfrei
  • Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail: Du verlierst nie den Überblick, entdeckst Störfaktoren und hast eine entsprechende Lösung parat
