Aufgaben

Als (Senior) Business Development Manager "New Business" (m/w/d) kümmerst Du Dich um neuen Produktkategorien, sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer, innovativer Konzepte im Matratzenmarkt. Der Job ist sehr vielfältig. Daher beleuchten die folgenden Stichpunkte nur einige Deiner Aufgaben:

  • Strategieentwicklung für neue Geschäftsbereiche
  • Ausarbeitung digitaler Vertriebs- und Marketingkonzepte
  • Auswahl und Akquise neuer Hersteller
  • Entwicklung von Produktideen in Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern
  • Positionierung von Produkten und deren Preissetzung
  • Umsetzung komplexerer Ideen als verantwortlicher Projektleiter
  • Hands-on für erste und schnelle Verprobung von neuen Konzepten

Als Business Development Manager "New Business" (m/w/d) arbeitest Du direkt mit dem Gründer und Geschäftsführer zusammen, was sehr schnelle Entscheidungen und sehr schnelles Vorankommen ermöglicht. Deine Aufgaben haben höchste Relevanz für den mittel- und langfristigen Unternehmenserfolg und genießen daher einen hohen Stellwert. Gleichzeitig hast Du ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsfreiheit.

Die Arbeit macht bei so großer Dynamik einfach Spaß und Du siehst sehr schnell, was Du konkret bewirkst. Der freundliche Umgang in unserem hochmotivierten Team und schöne, zentral gelegene Büroräume (mit Dachgarten :-) ) am Neumarkt runden den Job ab.

Qualifikation

Wir setzen ausschließlich auf erstklassige Mitarbeiter Daher:

  • Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossen
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss bei sehr guten Leistungen im Studium
  • Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen zur Identifikation von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Marktpotenzialen
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest strukturiert
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung im Abschluss von Verträgen und Vereinbarungen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Zielorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken
