Tasks

We are seeking a highly skilled Remarketing Manager / Enterprise Specialist (f/m/d) to join our EMEA VR Sales team. This role focuses on selling and bidding on (used) enterprise materials whilst optimizing sales output and pricing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high levels of professionalism with a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience and would have excellent product knowledge, a great network, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team. The role would suit an individual who has proven ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities:

Sales

  • Sell (used) enterprise materials from our EMEA entities into the global market, ensuring best values are consistently obtained
  • Support inbound sales with data and updates to win tenders
  • Strong understanding of the global enterprise market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Optimization

  • Analyse market trends and data to optimize sales strategies
  • Implement pricing strategies to maximize profit between entities
  • Continuously assess, improve, and share sales processes and methodologies
  • Support internal service delivery teams

Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met and/or exceeded.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in enterprise sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a pressurised, fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using MS office, CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English skills both verbal and written
  • Strong communicator
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast paced environments and works well under pressure
  • This position may require occasional travel
