Mercedes-Benz, Porsche und die Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur Berlin) und ist Mitglied des Meisterkreis Deutschland sowie der Initiative Deutsche Manufakturen.
In unserem dynamischen Team suchen wir eine engagierte Person, die sowohl als Leihpoolbeauftragter als auch im First-Level-Support und Customer Support tätig sein wird. Die Stelle ist ab 30h/Woche bis zu 40h/ Woche verfügbar. Aufgaben50% Leihpoolbeauftragter:
- Koordination und Verwaltung des Leihbestandes, von der Anfrage bis zur Exportanmeldung
- Kaufmännische Abwicklung des Leihprozesses inklusive terminlicher Planung
- Lagerlogistik, vom Management bis zur Bereitstellung von Sendungen
- Prüfung und Begutachtung der Leihware auf Vollständigkeit und Funktionalität
50% First-Level-Support / Customer Support:
- Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von internationalen Endkunden und Geschäftspartnern
- Technische Beratung und Unterstützung bei Kundenanfragen
- Kaufmännische Abwicklung des Serviceprozesses
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen wie Servicewerkstatt, Entwicklung und Vertriebsinnendienst
- Durchführung von Demonstrationen und Produktvorführungen auf Messen und Kundenevents
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise Kenntnisse von HiFi-Produkten
- Zollkenntnisse (In- und Export) sind von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hands-on-Mentalität und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, idealerweise Kenntnisse des ERP-Systems Microsoft Business Central
