Unsere Mission ist es, Unternehmen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Produkte überzeugend darzustellen und gezielt mit ihrem Publikum zu interagieren, um beeindruckende und nachhaltige Erlebnisse zu schaffen.

SPARK eröffnete seinen ersten Standort, das SPARK Plaza in Frankfurt am Main in 2022, und plant eine schnelle Expansion in ganz Deutschland und Europa.

Zur Unterstützung unseres jungen Teams suchen wir nun eine engagierte Project Manager*in Event & Broadcast, die mit Leidenschaft und Präzision zum Erfolg unserer Expansion beitragen möchten.

Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Management von hochkarätigen Event- und Broadcast-Projekten.
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden zur Sicherstellung der Erfüllung ihrer Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projektplänen, inklusive Budgetierung, Zeitmanagement und Flächenplanung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern zur Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Ausführung aller Eventkomponenten, wie z.B. F&B, A/V und Streaming.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Eventmanagement, Medientechnik, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Event Agentur, einem Tagungshotel oder Konferenzcenter bzw. einem verleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu interagieren.
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Termine einzuhalten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
