Bei Vicoland eröffnen wir dem Markt für professionelle Dienstleistungen eine neue Dimension: Virtuelle Unternehmen, kurz „Vicos“. Wir haben die Vicos entwickelt, um Freiberuflern zu ermöglichen, sich zusammenzuschließen und wie ein echtes Unternehmen zu agieren – erfolgreich konkurrierend um interessante, große SAP-Projekte. Unsere SaaS-Plattform bietet alle technischen Möglichkeiten, die für die Zusammenarbeit von Vicos und ihren Kunden erforderlich sind, sowie einen Marktplatz, der sie miteinander verbindet.
Seit unserem Start vor 2,5 Jahren haben unsere Vicos die Art und Weise, wie digitale Projekte durchgeführt werden, bereits verändert. Wir haben Projekte für mehrere weltbekannte Kunden und Partner wie Netflix, Tupperware, die Bundesregierung Deutschlands, Smart und Colliers gewonnen. Forbes und Forrester haben uns als führenden Marktplatz für freiberufliche Teams ausgezeichnet, und wir sind ein offizieller Partner von SAP.
Auf unserer Plattform sind bereits über 800 Vicos aktiv, die Tausende von Freiberuflern vereinen. Unser zentrales Team, zu dem auch Sie gehören würden, besteht aus 40 Mitgliedern und ist in ganz Europa verteilt, mit Expansionsplänen in die USA. Unser Hauptsitz befindet sich in Frankfurt am Main.
Wir sind voll und ganz auf unser Wachstum und die Erweiterung unseres Vico-Talentpools konzentriert. Unser Kernmarkt sind SAP-Dienstleistungen. Da die Nachfrage unserer Kunden schnell wächst, müssen wir das Angebot an Vicos entsprechend skalieren. Hier kommst Du ins Spiel.
In der Rolle als Senior SAP Sales Specialist liegt Dein Fokus nicht nur auf der Skalierung unseres Netzwerks, sondern auch auf der aktiven Vertriebsarbeit gegenüber Freiberuflern. Du bist verantwortlich für die Gewinnung neuer Vicos und die Stärkung unserer Beziehungen zu bestehenden Talenten. Durch Deine Expertise im Vertrieb stellst Du sicher, dass wir das richtige Talent für die richtigen Projekte anziehen und binden.

Aufgaben- Entwicklung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen: Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßige Interaktionen. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln, die einen echten Mehrwert für unsere Kunden schaffen.
- Strategische Vertriebsplanung: Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Gewinnung neuer SAP Vicos. Du gestaltest und optimierst den Vertriebsprozess durch innovative Marketingkampagnen und effektive Recruitingmethoden.
- Proaktive Marktanpassung und Angebotserweiterung: Mit der Expansion unserer Kundenseite liegt es in Deiner Verantwortung, die Nachfrage nach Vicos zu analysieren und unser Angebot proaktiv zu erweitern.
- Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick: Deine exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind täglich gefragt, da Du kontinuierlich mit den unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern interagierst.
- Community-Aufbau und Engagement: Du förderst eine aktive und engagierte Vico-Community. Durch die Motivation der Vicos, stärkst Du nicht nur das Netzwerk, sondern auch unsere Position bei Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Gelegenheiten.
- Zielführung und Performance-Messung: Du verantwortest klar definierte Ziele, die Du aktiv vorantreibst. Dein Einfluss und Deine Erfolge in der Kundeninteraktion, sind direkt mit dem Gesamterfolg unseres Unternehmens verknüpft.
- Fundiertes Verständnis des gesamten SAP-Portfolios, einschließlich SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur und SAP Signavio.
- Erfahrung mit SAP-Projekten, eine Vergangenheit direkt bei SAP stellt einen zusätzlichen Vorteil dar.
- 4-6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, im Bereich SAP-Bereich, z.B.: SAP-Beratung, SAP-Vertrieb.
- Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulstudium mit guten oder sehr guten Ergebnissen abgeschlossen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind erforderlich, da Sie täglich mit vielen Menschen interagieren werden.
- Gutes Urteilsvermögen bei der Bewertung von Personen.
- Fließend Deutsch (mindestens C2-Niveau) und Englisch.
