Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Video Producer für die BV Berliner Wochenzeitung GmbH.

Aufgaben
  • Du konzipierst die Schwerpunkte und entwickelst das Team der Berliner Zeitung und der Berliner Zeitung am Wochenende gezielt weiter
  • Am Markt bildest du eine wichtige Schnittstelle – und bringst die Themen und Trends in Berlin und der Welt mit den Interessen unserer Nutzer zusammen
  • Du gestaltest Videos für die Berliner Zeitung in allen Formaten. Dazu gehören Diskussionen auf YouTube, Liveübertragungen von redaktionellen Beiträgen oder auch Videogeschichten für Social Media
  • Für die Entwicklung neuer Digital-Produkte im Videosegment und hilfst dabei, Reichweite und Attraktivität des Online-Auftritts zu verbessern
  • Du bestimmst die journalistische Ausrichtung der inhaltlichen Produkte der Berliner Zeitung und hast Lust am Gestalten
  • Mit allen Redaktionen der Berliner Zeitung und der Berliner Zeitung am Wochenende arbeitest du eng zusammen
  • Du magst es, Teil eines engagierten und marktorientierten Teams zu sein
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes journalistisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung / Volontariat
  • In der Entwicklung digitaler und analoger Produkte und Angebote, insbesondere in der Interaktion mit Nutzer:innen bringst du Erfahrung mit
  • Du verfügst über das methodische Rüstzeug und setzt die redaktionellen und analytischen Tools wie selbstverständlich ein
  • Für Dein Handeln übernimmst du Verantwortung und lebst eine offene und ehrliche Fehlerkultur
  • In Deiner täglichen Praxis zeigst Du Dich kommunikationsstark, sachliche Kritik siehst Du als wichtigen Baustein einer stetig steigenden Lernkurve
