At our digital unit in Berlin, we are on a mission to help our future customers discover the benefits of hearing solutions and find their way to our local specialist stores where they find experts, answers and the best audiological care. We do this through campaigns on social media, YouTube and advertorials. **When seconds count to inspire, persuade and convert, video can make all the difference.**

You will be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial venture within a larger corporate structure, where you will have the opportunity to make a big impact as a member of our Creative Content & Design team.

**Your tasks and responsibilities.**:
**Develop and execute video marketing concepts.** This includes brainstorming video ideas, creating storyboards and scripts, and working with our content strategists and marketing managers to develop campaign concepts.

**Manage video production budgets, schedules and contracts.** When original commissioning and live shooting is required, this may include hiring and managing crew and scheduling shoots and edits. Manage contracts and clear rights to ensure we get the most out of our assignments.

**Oversee all aspects of video production,** from pre-production to post-production. This includes scouting locations, casting talent, directing shoots and editing final videos.

**Work with other members of the marketing department,** such as creatives, copywriters and campaign managers, to ensure videos are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

**Analyse video performance metrics** to identify areas for improvement.

**Shoot the video.** For in-house production of smaller videos, this may include operating cameras, setting up lighting and recording audio.

**Editing and mastering.** This includes editing clips, creating transitions, adjusting colour and brightness, all in close collaboration with our in-house motion graphics designer.

**Performing quality assurance** and routine checks on videos that go live on our performance marketing channels.

**Requirements.**:
**A Bachelor's degree in Film & Sound, Media Production** or an equivalent training in the following areas combined with substantial experience: Film and Motion Design, Video Production.

**At least 4 years' experience in audiovisual production**, ideally in a marketing agency or within the marketing department of a B2C brand. Have you a portfolio to show? Hand it over

**Language skills. **As part of a global organisation we communicate primarily in English (must be fluent). However, in order to be of service to our largest market, a minimum proficiency in German is necessary.

**You show meticulous attention to detail,** ensuring every frame and sound bite is on target.

**You enjoy working in cross-functional teams** where all hands are on deck and all views count.

**You are a proactive problem solver, **always looking for solutions to any production challenges that may arise.

**You have excellent communication skills** and are able to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing: our work is 100% collaborative and alignment with all stakeholders is key.

**You approach your work with a customer-centric mindset**, focusing on content that resonates with the target audience. You love to understand our customers and strive to put yourself in their shoes.

**You have proven experience with professional video cameras** and the ability to configure cameras for exposure, colour and white balance.

**You bring excellent understanding of video technology standards** including HD/SD, capture/media formats, aspect ratios. You can work through the entire capture, edit and publish lifecycle of a web production.

**Tools and techniques.** You have a strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, plus hands-on experience with After Effect. Storyboarding and scripting tools are your thing. You are a master of collaborative editing and have experience with work and knowledge management tools: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint. You are familiar with digital and content asset management systems.
