Die Turley Barracks sind zentral gelegen mit guter Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Aber natürlich gibt es bei uns auch die Möglichkeit, remote zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

Wir sind eine Agentur, die sich nicht mit dem Status Quo zufriedengibt. Und unser Arbeitsalltag ist vielfältig, abwechslungsreich und auf angenehme Art herausfordernd. Das liegt daran, dass wir ein breites Methodenspektrum haben und unsere Auftraggeber aus den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen kommen. Von FMCG, Medien, Household Appliances, Pharma, Finance, ITK, Mobilität bis hin zu Politik- & Sozialforschung ist (fast) alles dabei. Wir beraten Start-ups, Mittelständler, deutsche Weltmarktführer und Global Player.

Typische Aufgaben sind:

Projektleitung, Projektorganisation und Projekt-Controlling

  • Betreuung von Forschungsprojekten in Deutschland und Mehr-Länder-Projekten
  • Verknüpfung von klassischen, qualitativen Methoden und qualitativen Methoden der Social Media Forschung wie z.B. Netnographie
  • Entwicklung von Forschungsdesigns
  • Briefings und Angebotserstellung
  • Durchführung der Feldarbeit (online und offline)

IDIs, Einzelinterviews, narrative Interviews, Lebensweltinterviews

  • Fokus-Gruppen, Kreativ-Gruppen, Design Sprints
  • Inhome-Interviews und teilnehmende Beobachtung, Experience Days und Consumer-Safaris
  • Moderation von Tasks in Online-Communities

Analyse und Reporting der Ergebnisse

  • Ergebnis-Präsentation, Insight & Activation Workshops
Qualifikation

Anforderungsprofil

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Psychologie, Sozial-, Medien-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss

  • Berufserfahrung in der qualitativen Marktforschung
  • Expertise und Interesse an innovativen Methoden
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Auftraggebern
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weil Interviews, Gruppendiskussionen, Workshops in deutscher Sprache stattfinden
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an Projektleitung
  • Hohes Maß an Adaptionsfähigkeit und Lust auf Themenvielfalt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Spaß daran, sich in neue Softwarelösungen einzuarbeiten, wie z.B. Miro oder Mural oder auch interne Tools, die wir zur Zeiterfassung, für das Projektcontrolling und die Projektplanung nutzen
