Als Senior Engineer (m/w/d) im Bereich IT/OT bzw. Automation verstärkst Du unser interdisziplinäres Team und verantwortest die Planung und Realisierung von Neu- und Umbauten mit Schwerpunkt in der Pharma- und Diagnostika-Produktion. Als Teil des Teams arbeitest du innerhalb der Disziplin sowohl an fachlichen Themenstellungen in verschiedenen Projekten als auch an der Weiterentwicklung der Einheit mit.

Das Chapter Engineering ist mit insgesamt ca. 170 Mitarbeitenden für die erfolgreiche Planung und Umsetzung aller großen Investitionsprojekte im dreistelligen Millionenbereich, wie z.B. Labor-/Produktionsgebäuden oder Produktionsanlagen, verantwortlich. Durch unsere Arbeit sichern wir die Weiterentwicklung der Standorte Mannheim und Penzberg und damit auch die Versorgung unserer Patienten mit innovativen Produkten.

Teamarbeit, gegenseitige Unterstützung der Kollegen und Freiheitsgrade bei der Projektbearbeitung sind bei uns selbstverständlich.

Deine zukünftige Fachdisziplin Process Automation & IT besteht aus 19 Kolleg:innen und ist verantwortlich für alle Phasen der Planung, Realisierung, Inbetriebnahme, Qualifizierung und Übergabe von Investitionsprojekten, die fachlich kompetent, zielgerichtet und wirtschaftlich durchgeführt und dokumentiert werden.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT/OT Umfeld und belegbare Erfahrung in der verantwortlichen Projektleitung von Investitionsvorhaben mit einem Investitionsvolumen von >1 Mio€ mit, idealerweise in einer hoch regulierten Branche (GMP-Umfeld, bspw. Life Sciences).

  • Zuvor hast Du dein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium mit technischer Fachrichtung in Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung / Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

  • Du bist Experte im Bereich Prozessautomation (PCS7, TIA), der prozessnahen IT, der EMSR, den Schnittstellen zu überlagerten Systemen und dem Softwareentwicklungsprozess.

  • Du kennst Dich mit den Einsatzmöglichkeiten von komplexen Anlagen und Materialien sowie mit den Spezifikationen von komplexen Prozess-Modulen und Technologien aus.

  • Du hast umfassende Kenntnisse der Projektmanagement Methoden, der Projektentwicklung, Erstellung von Konzepten und der Ausschreibung von Leistungen.

  • Eine kooperative Zusammenarbeit, auch in einer Matrixorganisation und in interdisziplinären Teams bereitet dir besonders Freude. Hierbei bringst Du Deine Ideen proaktiv ein und verstehst es, bei Zielkonflikten zwischen unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern pragmatische Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten.

  • Du hast Interesse, dich als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft zu engagieren.

  • Deine sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse konntest du bereits in konkreten Projekten unter Beweis stellen.

  • Gelegentliche Dienstreisen siehst du als Bereicherung an.
