Als Junior Category Manager (m/w/d) bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Picnic und unseren Lieferant:innen. Mit deinen ausgeprägten Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten wirst du neue Beziehungen aufbauen und gemeinsam mit dem Tradingteam an innovativen Projekten arbeiten. Mit deiner echten Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel und deinem Gespür für die Wünsche unserer Kund:innen, wirst du einen entscheidenden Beitrag dazu leisten, unser Sortiment mit großartigen Produkten zu erweitern.

Daten sind das Herzstück unseres Businesses. Mithilfe deines datengetriebenen Geschick, wirst du mit unseren Analysten zusammenarbeiten, um Erkenntnisse aus großen Datensätzen zu gewinnen. Durch Business Intelligence und datengestützte Ideen wirst du den Lieferanten unsere Vision im Bereich des e-commerce Businesses präsentieren. Du bist ständig auf der Suche nach neuen Möglichkeiten und nutzt dein analytisches Denken, um unsere Gewinne zu optimieren.

Du führst innovative und ansprechende Initiativen durch, die unser Sortiment erweitern und unseren Kund:innen zugute kommen. Du hast die Freiheit zu experimentieren, zu testen und die Ergebnisse zu analysieren und trägst dazu bei, dass deine Projekte die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse erzielen

🎯 Deine Aufgaben
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Category Owner (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für eine Kategorie und verbesserst und pflegst unser Sortiment
  • Du erweiterst mit einem Data-First-Ansatz unser Mobile-Store-Sortiment, führst Trendanalysen durch und behältst Märkte und Wettbewerber im Auge
  • Du hilfst bei der täglichen Problemlösung und übernimmst die Kommunikation im Team und mit externen Partner:innen
  • Du baust Beziehungen zu Lieferant:innen auf und stärkst diese
  • Unterstützung und Durchführung eigener innovativer Projekte vom Startschuss bis zum Abpfiff
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden Produkte zum wettbewerbsfähigsten Preis finden

  • Erste Berufserfahrung durch beispielsweise Praktika im Key Accounting, Consulting, Category Management, Einkauf etc.
  • Leidenschaft für Supermärkte und/oder für e-commerce Themen
  • Kommerzielles Bewusstsein; die Bereitschaft, das beste Geschäft auszuhandeln und den Verkauf voranzutreiben
  • Ausdauer und Enthusiasmus: Du verwandelst ein "Nein, danke" in ein "Ja, bitte"
  • Unkonventionelles Denken und Eigeninitiative: Du legst selbst Hand an und hast eine "nothing is impossible"-Einstellung
