**Your mission**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Product Marketing Associate to join our fast-growing team. As a Product Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the promotion and commercial success of our products in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our innovative start-up and make a significant impact in the biotech industry.
- Plan, manage, and delegate responsibilities within own area of expertise effectively
- Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term marketing strategy, including setting milestones
- Collaborate with key account management and category management to steer the product portfolio
- Ensure the development and execution of marketing activities such as product concepts, product development, line extensions and communication and promotion activations
- Provide guidance throughout the development and design process of product packaging
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to provide data-driven business recommendations
- Coordinate and interface with supply chain, production, product development, sales, and finance teams
- Provide support to the senior product manager and vice president of product marketing in their daily duties
- Manage external partners and agencies to achieve desired results
- Own and control the project budget effectively.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing or related roles
- Strong understanding of biotech/food products and market dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages for diverse customer segments
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies and analytics tools
- Creative thinking combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in both German and English is a must
