- Du bearbeitest Gewährleistungsansprüche in angemessener Zeit und Qualität und klärst die Garantiefragen
- Du unterstützt Projektmanager in der Erstellung der wöchentlichen
- Bauberichten und verwaltest das Investitionsbudget und unser internes Bestellsystem
- Du führst kleine Projekte innerhalb des genehmigten Budgets und Zeitplans durch
- Du stellst ein fristgerechtes Reporting and die Construction Senior Manager sicher
- Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Dienstleistern in Hinsicht auf Garantieansprüchen zusammen
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Projektdokumentation vollständig geliefert und archiviert wird
- Du arbeitest mit internen Abteilungen zusammen, um interne Standards zu aktualisieren und den Garantieservice zu verbessern
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle technischen Aspekte von Kleinprojekten und Garantieansprüchen sowie das Übergabeverfahren erfolgreich durchgeführt werden
- Du setzt auf das Prinzip „weniger ist mehr“ bei der Verwaltung von Budgets und Ressourcen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, vorzugsweise Architektur
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Bereich Ladenbau
- Erfahrung in Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdfirmen/Subunternehmern
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösung & proaktive "Can do" Haltung
- Unternehmerische Denkweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und AutoCAD
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse – in Wort und Schrift
