Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung im Sales Development, um mehr lokale und internationale Firmen für unsere Lösung zu begeistern.

Aufgaben

Was die Arbeit bei uns spannend macht

  • Du bist der erste Kontaktpunkt für unsere potenziellen Kund:innen.
  • Du weißt, wie du Entscheidungsträger:innen überzeugst und nachhaltige Beziehungen zu ihnen aufbaust.
  • Du betreust unsere eingehenden Anrufe und identifizierst die gegenwärtigen Hürden unserer (zukünftigen) Kund:innen. Du berätst sie zum passenden Einsatz unserer Produkte und nimmst Feedback auf.
  • Du bringst deine Erfahrung im Sales Development Management ein und unterstützt uns bei der Verbesserung unseres Sales-Prozesses.
  • Du recherchierst potenzielle Neukund:innen und entwickelst passende Strategien für die Ansprache, die du sicher umsetzt. Mit verschiedenen Herangehensweisen, z. B. Cold-Calling oder Kontaktaufnahme über LinkedIn, bist du vertraut.
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits relevante Kontakte mit.
  • Kontakte pflegst du nicht nur online, sondern auch in Präsenz bei branchenrelevanten Messen und Events. Dort akquirierst du auch neue potenzielle Kund:innen und Partner:innen und gehst in den Austausch.
Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Sales Development oder Account Management mit Fokus auf B2B-Software
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Interesse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit
  • Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Medien, Informatik o. ä.
  • Gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (auf C1-Level)
  • Reisebereitschaft
