Internship Founder's Associate

Milano Vice ist eine dynamische und innovative Food-Marke, die mit professionellen Küchen zusammenarbeitet, um köstliche Pizzen direkt zu den Kunden nach Hause zu liefern. Unsere Mission ist es, eine neue Ära der Pizza-Lieferung einzuläuten.
Wir suchen eine engagierte und vielseitige Founder's Associate Intern (all genders), die unseren Co-Founder aktiv bei strategischen Entscheidungen unterstützt und im Tagesgeschäft der Unternehmensführung mitwirkt. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung in den Bereichen HR und Office Management, steuerst eigenständig Projekte und unterstützt das Sales-Team bei der Weiterentwicklung und strategischen Expansionsinitiativen. Durch deine enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams trägst du maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens und zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten bei.
Aufgaben- Unterstützung des Co-Founders: Engagierte Mitgestaltung bei strategischen Entscheidungen und Unterstützung in der täglichen Unternehmensführung.
- HR und Office Management: Übernahme von täglichen Aufgaben im HR-Bereich sowie Office Management, einschließlich Verwaltung und Pflege relevanter Dokumente. Unterstützung beim Recruiting und Förderung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur. Effizientes Office Management, um ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
- Projektmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Projekten mit Unterstützung des Co-Founders, einschließlich Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Fortschritten.
- Sales Team Unterstützung: Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems. Mitwirken bei der Expansionsplanung und strategischen Initiativen zur Akquise von Restaurant-Partnern. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien.
- Studium in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder verwandten Studiengang
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Organisationstalent und eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Teamfähigkeit und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Begeisterung für innovative Vertriebsstrategien und die Fähigkeit, kreative Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
