Im Rahmen der Neustrukturierung von Supply Chains während laufenden Produktübernahmen wird Unterstützung von Projektmanager /-einkäufern mit Schwerpunkt Supply Onboarding & Alliance in der Pharma, Biotech oder Chemie gesucht. Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen sind Vorteil: Divestment / Portfolio-Integration / Due Dilligence / Tech Transfer / Artwork / Lohnerhestellung (CMO / CDMO) / Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance oder Pharmakovigilanz / Strategischer Einkauf

Aufgaben
  • Sie koordinieren und steuern wechselnde Einkaufsstrukturen während laufender Produktübernahmen
  • Sie übernehmen die Integration von Produkten und Lieferanten sowie die Bewertung des "IST-Standes" und des "Soll-Standes" der Supply Chain in der Onboarding-Phase
  • Sie arbeiten mit unseren Lieferanten und betreuen die Projekte in den Transferphasen
  • Sie koordinieren Planungsaktivitäten während der Integrationsphase einesProduktportfolios
  • Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unserem operativen Einkauf, dem strategischen Junior-Team, dem Projektmanagement und anderen internen und externen Fachabteilungenzusammen
  • Sie vertreten den Einkauf, z.B. bei Telefonkonferenzen und Vorortmeetings (meist in englischer Sprache) mit unseren Partnern und übernehmen die proaktive Gestaltung von Projektentscheidungen
Qualifikation
  • Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit für Divestment bzw. Portfoliointegration
  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen oder strategischen Einkauf / alternativ besitzen sie Erfahrungen in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance oder Pharmakovigilanz
  • Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht Supplychain und können Verträge lesen und kommentieren
  • Sie besitzen bereits erste Erfahrung im Steuern von Teams
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientiere Arbeitsweise aus
  • Sie kommunizieren und verhandeln sicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache und haben anwendungssichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse von SAP sind von Vorteil
