Being a People Partner at DocMorris, is like being a coach within the NBA

As a subject-matter expert, you know exactly how to support our managers while they compete with changing processes and developments during the championship of “health-in-one-click”.
You advise them on how to compete with operational HR issues, dribble through personnel processes, and jump over HR-related obstacles on the field.

- Feel responsible for ensuring regular, accurate communication (verbal & written) with relevant parties across the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function
- Have obtained some years of professional experience as an HR partner/personnel officer or in a comparable operational function.
- Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday and HR communication tools
- fluent in German language and good command of English
- Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working, as well as a structured way of working.
- The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently.
- Preferably completed successfully a degree in economics, psychology or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
